Check-in and check-out
Upon check-in, guests must log in at the Narra Hall to get their villa keys.
Fiona’s Farm opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes at 10:00 p.m. Incoming and outgoing of guests must be guided accordingly to observe tindful of other guests.
For overnight stay, all villas should be totally cleared by 12:00 p.m. to give our housekeeping staff an ample time to clean the villas for the next guests.
Guests are solely responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Fiona’s Farm will not be held liable for any loss or damage of belongings.
Deposit and Refund Policies
Atleast 20% down payment is required to finalize booking. (Villa rates are entrance fee-inclusive.)
7 yrs old and above are considered as 1 count.
Cancellation Procedure
Postponement of a function/activity shall be subject to the availability of the room
accommodation and function hall on the date and time of desired postponement.
Changes in the function details must be made at least one week ahead of schedule.
The cancellation of the confirmed function/booking with an advance notice of more than
1 week prior to the reserved date is subject to a penalty equivalent to ten percent (10%)
of the total cost of initial payment, whereas cancellation made with a notice of less
than a week is subject to a penalty of twenty percent (20%) of the total initial payment.
This is to cover the expenses that the resort/farm has incurred for the preparation of the activity.
Food and Beverage
Guests can bring cooked food and something to grill. (Griller is the only way of cooking inside the farm.)
Guests can bring their own charcoal and ice but they can buy at the farm as well including liquors, just inform us ahead of time so we can prepare.
Guests must bring their own drinking water.
Corkage fee applies to all kinds of alcoholic beverages e.g.wines and whole lechon when brought inside the farm.
Swimming Pools
Grand and Molave Swimming pools are open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. only. Swimming pool with basketball court is strictly until 9:00 p.m. only. For overnight stay, pools can be used as early as 6:00 a.m.
Guests must wear proper swimming attire: short or long sleeved shirts and/or tights and/or shorts made of synthetic material such as spandex, board shorts, swim trunks and a bathing suit.
Shower first before dipping into the pool.
Diving, running, pushing or any conduct that may endanger your welfare and others’ are strictly prohibited.
Guests must bring their own towels and drinking water.
Other Amenities
Videoke is available for rent (first come first served basis due to limited stocks) and is strictly until 10:00 p.m. only. Please always be mindful of producing disturbing sound is strictly prohibited to maintain the peace and serenity of the farm during quiet hours (10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.).
Loud music, speakers or any device producing disturbing sound to maintain the peace and serenity of the farm are prohibited during quiet hours (10:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.).
Guests must log in at the Narra Hall when borrowing any sports equipment such as basketball, volleyball, billiards cue stick and cue ball, table tennis racket and ball.
Guests wearing wet clothes are not allowed to play billiard.
Guests must observe proper disposal of waste at all times.
